Book
and Map Returns
You can return books and maps for 60 days from shipment date with
a reference to your order number. We'll credit you in the same method
that you used for payment. Please note that we credit for the item
only, not for shipping costs. Do not hesitate to send us email (returns@gcb.com),
fax information (to 617-649-5704), or call us (at 800-358-6013)
if you'd like to exchange items or talk about your return.
Globe Returns
All globe returns require advance return authorization from the
GCB Order desk (800-358-6013; hcarrier@gcb.com). There is a 20%
restocking fee for any globe returned.

For Returns at our
Store:
We will issue credits for a return within 14 days
of purchase if the item is still in saleable condition. After 14
days, a store credit may be issued at the manager's discretion. The only exception is that items purchased after November 15th can be returned through January 15th of the following year.

Your U.P.S. charge for the return shipment
includes $100.00 of insurance; please request
additional insurance for a return valued in
excess of $100.00.
If you use the U.S. Mail
for your return, please consider insuring
your shipment. You assume complete responsibility
for the timeliness of, and condition of,
return shipments sent via the postal service,
as they are neither traceable nor insured.
